I'm Eugenio Paoli — a Finance and Revenue Director who built his career inside one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech companies, from its startup days to the stock exchange. Along the way, I've owned P&Ls, designed pricing strategies from scratch, led cross-functional teams across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, and reported directly to CEOs and Group CPOs.
My edge is the combination: I think like a CFO, move like an operator, and communicate like someone who's had to convince a board and a sales team in the same week. I'm comfortable in the spreadsheet and in the room.
